Residential Building EU01

Residential Building EU01 embodies a harmonious blend of modernity and contextual integration within the vibrant city of Bari, Apulia, serving as a model of sustainable living amid urban growth.

Located in the heart of the town, this architectural gem offers 30 meticulously designed apartments across eight floors, plus amenities such as a pool, gym, sauna, and shared garden on the ground floor. Each apartment has access to a private terrace, with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors, while at the roof of the building, a fusion of planting and photovoltaic panels provides shade and utilizes solar energy, ensuring the structure’s sustainability while fostering a deep connection to nature.

Innovative design principles employed by Luca Curci Architects extend beyond aesthetics, incorporating materials that actively contribute to environmental health. Utilizing an operating system powered by Artificial Intelligence, the building dynamically manages temperature, CO2 levels, and humidity, while optimizing natural light and storing surplus energy from renewable sources.

Residential Building EU01 is more than just a place to live: it’s a retreat where natural elements integrated with contemporary design will help reconnect with oneself and nature.
